Highway tunnel under Vietnam's Sai Gon River to cost more than $450M

A tunnel is being built beneath the Sai Gon River in Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City, part of a $455.5 million highway project financed in part by the Japan International Cooperation Agency. The first reinforced concrete segments have been set. The tunnel is slated for completion in mid-2011.
