Entrepreneurs and Lady Gaga: Born that way?

Do you believe you were born with the skills that make you a successful entrepreneur? If so, you're in good company, according to a Hiscox poll, which found that 13% of entrepreneurs attribute their success to formal schooling or prior work experience. But about 90% of respondents say they have previously worked for someone else, making it hard to tease out just how much of their skill set is truly innate.
