Online program helps students define, prepare for long-term goals

An online program is helping students in Florida's Miami-Dade high schools keep track of classes, grades and extracurricular activities in preparation for college or career. ConnectEDU allows students to maintain an online profile of their high-school history, helping them to recognize their interests and skills. The program also allows school counselors and parents to help monitor students' progress toward long-term goals.
