Facebook plans to offer real-time Page Insights for brands

The ability to quickly adjust brand pages on Facebook is key to maximizing user engagement and response. The social network will soon introduce a real-time version of Page Insights to make this possible. "With real time, the underlying meaning of metrics are changed. ... The data itself becomes a form of analysis," said Product Manager David Baser. Next, Facebook will work on ways to measure how paid campaigns affect user interaction with brand pages, Baser said.
