First-time jobless claims in U.S. decline to 4-year low

Initial unemployment claims in the U.S. decreased 14,000 last week, to a seasonally adjusted 351,000, a four-year low, the Labor Department said. The four-week rolling average, viewed as a more reliable indicator of labor-market conditions, held at 355,750.
