Triplet births are increasing, Norwegian study finds

Norwegian researchers said the number of triplet births is increasing and the death rate is 10 times higher than for single births. The study suggested the increase likely was linked to the use of hormone drugs to stimulate ovulation and a trend toward women giving birth at a later age.
