Lululemon to focus on supply management to ease growing pains

Canada-based Lululemon's ambitious plans to expand beyond its 200 stores will need to include a way to speed delivery times to some of its markets and prevent lengthy out-of-stocks on popular items, said CEO Christine Day. The fast-growing yoga retailer plans to open an East Coast distribution center to help stores keep their shelves replenished, she said.
