Senators ask CMS to keep Medicare Health Support program

Four U.S. senators are asking CMS to continue the Medicare Health Support program, saying a decision to suspend it was based on "unvalidated, incomplete" data. CMS says early results show participating companies did not meet quality, cost and beneficiary satisfaction goals, but the senators say the care management program has improved patient care and satisfaction.
