Futures market faces increased collateral concerns

Regulations will force most over-the-counter derivatives contracts to be processed through central clearinghouses, increasing the amount of collateral that will be needed, Tom Osborn writes. Major banks and clearinghouses are trying to figure out how they can help their clients find the additional collateral.
