American Chemistry Council President and CEO Cal Dooley will attend the Marcellus To Manufacturing conference this week in West Virginia. "It is my opinion that we have a better chance to have a smaller, regional ethane cracker built in West Virginia than Pennsylvania has of getting that Shell cracker. We are not talking about a multibillion-dollar platform. We feel confident we can get something that will allow us to keep the value of the ethane local," said Joe Eddy, chairman of the West Virginia Manufacturers Association.
