Raley's builds loyalty with online advocacy program

Customers of California grocery store chain Raley's have signed up for its online social advocacy platform Something Extra Try-It since its launch late last year. The platform for grocers asks customers to talk about their product experiences on social media and receive deals or invitations to participate in future campaigns based on level of engagement.
