RFA reports progress in E15's path to commercialization

The Renewable Fuels Association is making "real progress" in its efforts to make E15 commercially available, said President and CEO Bob Dinneen. The Environmental Protection Agency's acceptance of RFA's E15 misfueling mitigation plan brings the fuel closer to commercialization, and RFA has released an E15 handbook that will help marketers comply with the regulatory requirements of selling and distributing the fuel, said Kristy Moore, RFA's director of technical services. "The job now is largely the industry's to make E15 a commercial reality, and we are working hard to make sure that happens," Dinneen added.
