Colleges offer tuition incentives for enrollment in summer classes

More colleges and universities are offering incentives for students who enroll in their summer sessions as part of an attempt to boost overall graduation rates. For example, the University of Iowa has offered free tuition for its freshmen class who elect to take summer courses, while Montclair State University is offering its students up to 17% off summer tuition and free parking.
