Expert: Think "good" or "bad" buildings, not "green" ones

Rob Watson, often called the "father of LEED," would like to see people move away from the concept of "green" buildings. "There are good buildings, and there are bad buildings," he says, explaining that good buildings save money, energy and water. "This is not a fad," Watson noted. "The bottom line of green is black."
