The New York Times is revamping its website, switching to a responsive layout with a focus on readability and carving out clutter, writes Ben Moss. The redesign has been in development for almost a year, and work on the next iteration will begin as soon as the new site goes live. "Perhaps the biggest lesson we, as web professionals, can take from this is that the redesign is an ongoing process: designing, gathering feedback, refining," Moss writes.
