In Miami, TSA cutbacks drive delay nightmares

Immigration and Customs Enforcement did not have enough screeners to handle security at Miami International Airport over the weekend, and as a result, about 7,000 fliers missed connections to flights. By Memorial Day, the Transportation Security Administration says it will have 1,000 fewer active agents as a result of the sequester, which trimmed federal government budgets.
