Canadian university disciplines student over Facebook study group

Toronto's Ryerson University threatened last week to expel a student who set up a Facebook-based online study group. Students maintain the group was meant to help them understand lectures or seek tutoring from their peers, but the university said the group could be used for purposes of wide-scale cheating.
