AANP names Timothy Knettler as new CEO

Timothy Knettler is replacing Judith Dempster as CEO of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Knettler spent eight years with the Federation of State Medical Boards of the United States and its research and education foundation. Dempster is retiring after 13 years in the job but will retain her position as executive director of the AANP Foundation.
