Feds announce streamlined labeling for hazardous chemicals

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration released rules that seek to make hazardous-chemicals labels easier to understand while bringing U.S. labeling regulations closer to U.N. regulations. OSHA officials say the rules will save companies money on training and bureaucracy, including eliminating the need for two sets of labels.
