Incentives could be offered in possible hotel rebuild at Fla. site

Santa Rosa County, Fla., officials are considering offering incentives to support a planned rebuilding of a former hotel in Navarre Beach. The Holiday Inn there was destroyed by Hurricane Ivan in 2004, and hotelier Marilyn Hess, who holds the lease to the site, is said to be open to the idea of redeveloping the hotel if she can secure incentives.
