Schools in Sydney, Australia, increasingly are taking a creative approach to scheduling student meals, with many schools making lunch earlier. The benefits, educators say, are that earlier lunches -- 10:50 a.m. at one school -- curb students' hunger and give them more energy to learn. The school also schedules snack breaks for students, during which students are encouraged to hydrate and eat healthy snacks at their desks.
