Club managers, chefs convened at Denver's Chef to Chef Conference

More than 200 executive chefs, general managers and food and beverage specialists attended the largest Chef to Chef Conference ever hosted by Club & Resort Business, held March 10-12 in Denver. Attendees viewed demonstrations and presentations on culinary topics including how to create healthier children's menus, expand fine dining service and introduce an effective staff training program.
