Tips for addressing missing job requirements

Job seekers who lack one or more skills required for a particular job should address that in interviews, headhunter Nick Corcodilos writes in this blog post. "Get the problem out on the table. Then explain that you'd like to prove you're a fast learner and that your other skills will more than compensate for anything that might be lacking," Corcodilos advises.
