Workers in Richmond, Va., are seeing more wellness options from their employers, including walking programs, weight-loss challenges, on-site fitness areas, company clinics and healthier foods in the cafeteria. Bon Secours Richmond Health System is among the companies that have found wellness incentives reduce costs; its medical claims dropped 12% last year for workers who participated in a health assessment program.
