U.K. chain John Lewis says stores, online shopping compatible

U.K. department store chain John Lewis has found that brick-and-mortar stores and online shopping supplement each other. Customers often check out products online before going to the store, said Simon Russell, head of multi-channel at John Lewis. He added that such shoppers also spend more than three times more on goods.
