The use of Facebook and OpenID for logging in to B2B websites is one of the innovative ideas presented by panelists at the "Social Media in the Underground World of B2B" event at South by Southwest. NVIDIA and Cisco have the Twitter feeds of product followers on live display within the office, and IBM and Cisco are borrowing from the world of gaming to engage customers.
