IWalk expands to provide more amputee access

IWalk has expanded its services to 18 new prosthetic facilities, giving more amputees access to its bionic ankle system, a robotics-driven system that helps restore calf muscle function and Achilles tendon performance in lower-limb amputees. IWalk was initially funded by the departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs, and its ankle system is now available at 58 prosthetic and orthotic centers nationwide.
