Philly nurses participate in heart failure teach-back program

Nurses who care for heart failure patients at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals in Philadelphia will be participating in the Health Literacy and Heart Failure Teach-back. They will learn about low health literacy issues and how to ensure patients and caregivers understand instructions on managing heart failure symptoms at home.
