Precast concrete veil: Main feature of $100M museum in L.A.

Construction of the $100 million Broad Art Foundation museum in Los Angeles will feature a precast concrete veil as its primary design trait. Diller Scofidio + Renfro's architectural work will incorporate the use of precast to support the project's framework and to capture more light into the building. A time-lapse video of the project can be seen to track the structure's building progress.
