BNSF to serve N.M. terminal for oil shipments to "high-value markets"

BNSF will provide rail service for Rangeland Energy's planned development of a crude oil terminal near Loving, N.M. Pipeline access to "high-value markets" is limited. Adding rail capabilities will allow Rangeland to transport oil shipments to these target distribution points across the U.S., according to company officials.
