Fatigue contributes to provider errors, survey suggests

Data from the Nurse Staffing Strategy survey revealed 27% of providers reported committing fatigue-related errors, and nearly 65% said they almost committed errors because of fatigue. Sixty-nine percent said they felt concerned about performing well during work hours due to exhaustion.
