A program in Colorado's Poudre School District aims to help students with disabilities make a smooth transition from high school to independent living. The Cooper Home Learning 4 Living program takes place at a transitional living facility, where students ages 18 to 21 receive lessons in life skills and participate in employment and mentoring programs.
