J.D. Power finds smartphone users are more satisfied than ever

J.D. Power reports that while Apple's iPhone remains on top, the smartphone maker's rivals all gained ground in their customer satisfaction ratings in the research firm's first survey this year. Second place was basically shared by HTC, Motorola Mobility, Nokia and Samsung Electronics, while LG Electronics and BlackBerry lagged behind. Apple received a rating of 855, compared with the study average of 796.
