European court OKs trademark usage by third-party razor blades

Gillette could see market share shrink in the EU for its own brand of replacement razor blades after Europe's highest court said third-party manufacturers of razor blades could legally include the words "Gillette" and "Sensor" on packaging to indicate their products were compatible with Gillette's razor handle.
