Chrysler is launching a research-focused Web site called chryslerlistens.com that allows a panel of drivers to take part in online discussions about the automaker's vehicles. "It's a different way to be close to our customers and our future customers. We call it on-demand customer collaboration," Chrysler VP-CMO Deborah Wahl Meyer said.
