Women's business group has advice for administration

The National Women's Business Council has recommendations on how the Obama administration can help female business owners. Among the suggestions: Make Small Business Administration loan programs more accessible to women, give women-owned businesses 5% of federal contracts, and grant tax breaks to angel investors and businesses that offer child-care assistance and wellness programs.
