RD says healthy eating can include dining out

Restaurant food is often loaded with calories and fat, but registered dietitian Connie Guttersen, who works as a nutrition instructor at The Culinary Institute of America, says that doesn't mean people should take dining out off the menu. She says that adding nutrition facts to menus helps people make good choices and that culinary schools are teaching chefs cooking techniques to prepare healthier foods.
