Lottery mistakenly tells hundreds of people they're millionaires

The Danish state lottery sent notifications to 300 winners telling them that they'd won sums ranging from about $180 million up to almost $50 billion. The winners' celebrations were short-lived. After about an hour and a half, the lottery sent a corrected e-mail announcing the winners had only won prizes in the $35-to-$70 range.
