Analysts predict a surge in hiring

The economy is adding about 200,000 workers a month, compared with 167,000 per month in the second half of 2012. Russell Price, senior economist at Ameriprise Financial, says he expects employers will add 2.5 million workers this year. "And that may be a little bit on the conservative side," Price says.
