Congress pushes bills for multistate insurance sales clearinghouse

Both the House and Senate have introduced bills to create the National Association of Registered Agents and Brokers. It would serve as a clearinghouse for insurance agents and broker licensing, allowing financial advisers registered in one state to become licensed to sell in another.
