T-Mobile to sell laptop access device

T-Mobile USA disclosed today that it would sell a USB "dongle" from Huawei Technologies that will enable users of notebook computers to connect to Wi-Fi and T-Mobile's 3G networks for $60 a month, plus $50 or $100 for the device depending on whether they sign up for a one- or two-year contract.
