Argon to pay $362.5M for Angiotech's interventional biz

Argon Medical Devices has agreed to pay $362.5 million to acquire Angiotech Pharmaceuticals' interventional products unit. The cash deal, set to be finalized by the end of next month, covers Angiotech's drainage catheters, biopsy systems and related products.
