Fox affiliates see promise in late-night show with Jay Leno

The Fox affiliate board would be interested, given "the right business plan," in having the network sign Jay Leno as the host of an 11 p.m. talk show, said board chairman Steve Pruett. Such a move could deal "a major blow" to NBC's rumored plan to have Leno hand over "The Tonight Show" to his younger counterpart, Jimmy Fallon, writes Sean Daly.
