Innovation, not litigation, is the way to beat Chinese copycats

There's little point in fighting back against China's copycat manufacturers, says Xmi's Ryan Lee, whose flagship speaker system's success was threatened by the emergence of cheap Chinese knockoffs. Legal battles take time, and the tech business moves too quickly for lawsuits to be effective, Lee argues. "You innovate faster than your fakes. That's how you play in the technology game," he says.
