Broadcasters could do worse than having Tom Wheeler, a venture capitalist and former head of cable and mobile trade groups, lead the Federal Communications Commission, columnist Harry A. Jessell writes. Wheeler, considered to be the favorite to land the job, will "have to be careful not to show any favoritism toward his former employers," and his business background could mean that he would employ "a light regulatory touch," Jessell writes.
