Rhode Island equipment dealer sees spring surge early

At All Outdoors Power Equipment in Wakefield, R.I., spring fever means plenty of business from customers sharpening lawn mower blades. "People are anxious for spring, so much so that the first nice day we had recently we basically had a line out the door from people trying to get their mowers in," said owner Peggy Siligato. The rush came a month earlier than usual because of the unseasonably warm weather.
