High-res screens present challenge for Web developers

Many low-res Web images look terrible on the new iPad's high-resolution screen, and serving up higher-resolution images via WebKit presents some technical challenges, writes Scott Gilbertson. New HTML tags and browser functions will likely be needed to help developers serve up high-res images as needed. "The high-res future is coming fast and the web needs to evolve just as fast," Gilbertson writes.
