Retailers of all sizes make mobile moves

U.S. retailers from big chains to tiny boutiques are finding new ways to use mobile technology to interact with customers. Neiman Marcus is testing a new iPhone application that lets shoppers research products and trends and request help from sales people, while tiny Gem & Jetsam in San Francisco's Mission District uses a Square-equipped iPad to scan customer's credit cards.
