Soybean futures rise as Argentina's crop forecast falls

A forecast by Argentina's Agriculture Ministry that soybean production will decline to 44 million metric tons gave futures a boost on speculation that the shortfall will increase demand for U.S. exports. On the Chicago Board of Trade on Friday, soybean futures for May delivery rose 1.2%, closing at $13.6575 a bushel.
