HOA outlaws nearly all children's activities in common areas

An HOA in Boca Raton, Fla., has banned myriad outdoor activities in the complex's shared areas, including skateboarding, biking and ball playing. Many residents are upset at the effort to prevent children-related traffic incidents. "These people don't know what freedom is," a 9-year-old resident says. "They wanted to play when they were kids, didn't they? So why can't we play?"
